We slept reasonably wellin the Krabi La Playa Resort in Ao Nang.
We have an abundant breakfast again.

We have no plans for today and so we decide to go and have a look in Krabi town. Before we leave we reserve a table at KoDam for tonight.
And we book a day trip to a hot spring, a beautiful pond and the tiger temple for tomorrow. We have to leave very early tomorrow.

With a songtaew we go to Krabi.
There we first want to look at the market, with the help of some residents we can easily find our way. We are too late, the market has already ended.
We walk towards the river, from our previous visit we reasonably know our way around. It looks nice there.
We are approached by a man who offers us a one-hour boat trip for 500 thb. We dismiss him and say that we want to look around first, which is also true.
We walk past a floating restaurant, The River Restaurant & Bar, and we go there to eat something, we are hungry. When we sit at the table, the man from the boat trip passes by with other customers and of course he sees us.
The food tastes good, the service is smooth and friendly, the view nice. The man from the boat trip returns without customers.
When we have finished eating, the man is waiting for us, and we decide to go along anyway. First we sail to a cave, Khao Khanab Nam, which is important for the city of Krabi. Then we sail further up the river through mangrove forests, where we see a snake sitting in a tree. All in all it is a nice trip.

With the songtaew we go back to Ao Nang where we have dinner at KoDam. Just like last time it is tasty and fun.
